When we inhale these plant oils in Ready, tiny molecules are able to be dissolved into the lining of our nose. These molecules stimulate receptors, which then use receptor neurons to carry signals directly to the limbic system and hippocampus in the brain. For aromatic use: Hold the roll-on under to the nose and breathe in the fragrance for up to five inhales. Wait at least five minutes before repeating. It may take up to 20 minutes to feel the full effect.
For topical use (therapeutic acupressure points): Apply the roll-on one inch above the centre of the eyebrows (away from the eyes), behind the ears or under the centre of the feet. Dilution not required, however, perform a patch test on skin for 24 hours before using topically.
For scent use: Apply the roll-on on the wrists or behind the ears (where the pulse can be felt).
Additional uses: Remove the cap with the roller ball and pour up to ten drops to a footbath or bath.
For best results: Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Best if used within four months after opening, as it may lose potency over time.
For external use only. Not for human consumption. Avoid direct sunlight or UV light after applying on skin for up to twelve hours. Do not use on children, while breastfeeding or during pregnancy. Do not apply directly on an open wound or cut. Do no use near the eye or mouth. Should eye contact occur, rinse immediately with water. If any adverse reactions, like itching or redness on site of application, stop use immediately.
